The technicians at participating repair centers are trained and skilled to perform a wide variety of auto repairs. Dispatch can determine the general nature of the repair you are seeking based on your conversation. If there is any concern, the agent can assist you in contacting the Goodyear repair center to speak directly to the store manager on duty.
A service provider will typically arrive within 60 minutes or less unless otherwise advised by the dispatch agent.
Yes, your call to the TOW365 dispatch center is implied consent, and you are required to be at the vehicle at the time of the tow.
We will tow your vehicle any distance, but there are varying fees according to the miles towed: $59.99 for tows up to 10 miles, $79.99 for tows between 10.1 miles and 20 miles, and $109.99 for tows between 20.1 miles and 30 miles. For tows greater than 30.1 miles, there will be an additional charge that Agero, the tow provider, sets and charges the customer for directly.

Yes, and if the invoice is over $250, you can take advantage of No Interest if paid in full within 6 months ‡‡ .Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the purchase balance is not paid in full within 6 months.
You are free to take your vehicle to another location of your choice, but you will still be responsible for the cost of the tow and any diagnostic charges that may apply. You will also be responsible for making any towing arrangements to another location.
We can do that, provided your local service professional is a participating location. This program is a Goodyear administered program, and you will have to pay the full amount for any tows to locations outside of the program.
